Emerald DAO represents my vision for democratizing real estate investment through blockchain technology. This project is the evolution of my concept from last year's Chainlink Hackathon, now refined into a sophisticated platform that combines:

-Professional Treasury Management with multi-signature security
-Transparent Property Acquisition workflows with full audit trails

Challenges I ran into

One of the most significant learning experiences was mastering Chainlink Functions' return value requirements. I encountered several challenges with data encoding:

ArrayBuffer vs Uint8Array: Learning that Chainlink Functions expects specific data types
Hex String Conversion: Implementing proper hex-to-Uint8Array conversion functions
ABI Encoding: Understanding how to properly encode complex data structures for smart contract consumption
