Replace human or other animal subjects for EEG Simulation | Free open source EEG Simulator for use by researchers.

The problem EEG Simulator solves

Live subjects are used for research to capture EEG readings. This method is costly, inefficient, time consuming and not scalable.
Solution:
Free open source EEG Simulator for use by researchers.
Enables researchers to scale experiments at reduced costs and at a faster level.
Mimicking brain rhythms of both health and disease conditions.

Challenges we ran into

4 major challenges:

  1. SW results validated against IEEE research paper
  2. Numerical analysis of the model
  3. Abstraction of the biological model into mathematical
  4. Study of human brain: imitating learnings, reading about curing diseases via EEG readings like Alzheimer's etc
