• Design to Development Gap

  • Designing in Figma was exciting but time-consuming.
  • Translating the Figma design into actual code while keeping the same look and feel was very challenging.

• Sleep Deprivation
  Our entire team has barely slept for 3 days, driven by the excitement and nervousness of participating in the hackathon, while constantly brainstorming ideas for the perfect project.

• Collaboration Issues
  At one point, a teammate accidentally overwrote changes, and we had to re-implement parts of the code.

• Deployment Struggles
  We faced continuous deployment issues and spent nearly 3 hours debugging before finally getting the website live.
