Challenges we ran into

During the development of Eduteria, our team encountered several significant challenges. Firstly, acquiring and standardizing course data from various online platforms proved difficult due to differences in how information is stored and presented. Ensuring ethical data scraping and respecting copyright and terms of use required careful navigation of legal boundaries. Additionally, integrating diverse technologies such as Javascript (Node.js), SQL, Web3, and Python into a cohesive system presented technical hurdles. Securing partnerships with content providers, particularly YouTube channels, for issuing completion certificates was another major challenge, as it required building trust and demonstrating the value of our platform. Finally, maintaining user motivation and accountability through progress tracking and personalized recommendations demanded sophisticated algorithm development and user experience design. Despite these challenges, our team persevered and successfully developed a comprehensive and user-friendly solution.
