Challenges we ran into
We faced challenges in making the audio, visuals, and text feel seamless and well-coordinated—especially since everything is generated on the fly. Creating a system that can instantly adapt to different topics while maintaining video quality and relevance wasn't easy. We also had to strike a balance between smart AI generation and fast, user-friendly performance, which meant fine-tuning both the backend pipeline and visual rendering.
