Edubot aims to streamline the hiring process, enhance decision-making with data-driven insights, and provide a user-friendly experience for HR managers. It offers several compelling reasons for HR managers to choose it as their recruitment assistant like it leverages artificial intelligence to automate various aspects of the recruitment process. Further we're developing this so that it can also manage teams , its employees for example the HR would be able to see the progress of its team/Individuals their weekly report etc. with the help of Edubot.
A major challenge that we ran into was resume collection of all the interested canitdates as in large numbers and that too in one place for the bot to scan through. We overcame this hurdle by implementing the following, as every candidates submits its resume while applying for the job what we'll do is provied the individual with a link to a doc which can be excel/word/drive etc to submit their resume in a particular format for example pdf or docx and the bot will be connected to that document so when all the resumes are submitted the bot can start its work.
