Common people can use it for selling e-waste instead of dumping it into landfill and there by reducing pollution created by e-waste and they will be paid reasonable price for selling it. The recycling companies those who are in need of particular category of e-waste could buy them. Since it doesn't involve a third party, it enables reasonable trade for both buyers and sellers.
