Challenges we ran into
One significant hurdle was ensuring the accuracy of climate predictions using historical data, which varied in quality and formatting. Handling missing data and aligning the dataset for predictions required significant preprocessing efforts. Additionally, integrating the LLaMA 3.1 generative AI to create adaptive strategies was challenging due to performance bottlenecks. We overcame this by optimizing data processing, improving model efficiency, and streamlining the workflow in our Streamlit frontend for a smoother user experience.
