The problem EcoBeach solves

We made a project called EcoBeach that helps solve the problem of beach pollution that leads our aquatic life in danger and causes erosion of our beaches, so we with the collaboration of NGOs to streamline beach clean-ups and encourage people to contribute to saving the world and making awareness
EcoBeach basically helps NGOs to conduct different beach clean-up competitions under their supervision but the participants will register in them through our website, and they will be rewarded with EcoPoints by the supervisor during the competitions that can be redeemed by the participants in the form of different hotel and restaurant coupons as we collaborate with different hotel and restaurant also to for helping us through reward and we promote them through our websites and during the competitions.
We are going to build a user-friendly website for participants to learn about the upcoming competitions held in their areas, have a record of their ecopoints and redeem their ecopints through the website only. We are also building an app for NGOs to update the ecopoints of the participants during the supervision of the competitions.

Challenges we ran into

The primary challenge encountered during the development of this project is the integration of the mobile application with the website through Firebase. This challenge arises when NGO supervisors add EcoPoints to the application under their respective names, with the data subsequently stored in Firebase. Following this process, Firebase, linked to the backend of our website, updates the profile section, allowing users to redeem their EcoPoints in the form of coupons.
