It is 0.1v of the application which users can use to take notes easily just by clicking pictures! Also focused on visually impaired individuals. Can convert image to text and text to speech.
The problem DWRITO v0.1 solves
This is the first version of the application on users can use to take notes easily just by clicking pictures! The future version of this app will not only help in just taking notes but will also help visually impaired people by converting images to voice. They will also be using it to make notes just by their voice and listen the notes back. An accessibility feature will be added to guide them.
The AI of the will also enable user to make short notes out of the lengthy paragraphs in just a seconds.
This app will also slove the problem to index and make searchable the text within scanned documents.
It can make the day to day task easier and faster leading to more productivity.
Challenges we ran into
Challenges we ran into:
1.We had to try different models to find the best one which took a lot of time but we found the best one random forest classifier.
2.While using firebase we had faced somes issues with the dependencies.
3.While fixing the problem with AndroidManifest.xml android studio did not allow to make changes in the file and we had to find the original file location and fix the problem.
4.Configuration of the emulator took some of our time though it was was silly one.
