Fully Decentralized AI-PW, Cross-Chain Stablecoin
The problem DSC Protocol solves
Today’s stablecoin landscape is dominated by centralized issuers like USDT and USDC, who require users to trust opaque reserves. Algorithmic options like TerraUSD have failed catastrophically. DAI — while decentralized — locks users into rigid collateral systems, lacks chain flexibility, and requires heavy overcollateralization without seamless utility.
Most stablecoins don’t support native cross-chain usability. Users must bridge tokens manually, pay high gas, and risk security vulnerabilities. Additionally, stablecoins are typically not optimized for real-world utility or programmability.
DSC Protocol solves this by offering:
A 100% decentralized, overcollateralized stablecoin minted using crypto (ETH, BTC, SOL) and tokenized RWAs (e.g., gold, ETFs).
Built-in smart collateral swapping (e.g., ETH ↔ gold ETF) without losing the peg.
Wrapped native assets (like WETH, WAVAX, WSOL) that users mint per chain and burn to redeem native tokens.
AI wallet support for everyday financial tasks like "pay my bill" or "send $100 to Ali," executed on the best chain using real-time logic.
Full multichain support with Chainlink CCIP for secure bridging and oracle pricing.
DAO governance with liquidation protection, hybrid collateral (USDT/DAI), and fallback mechanisms.
Whether for cross-border payments, RWA-backed savings, or programmable DeFi, DSC offers users a secure, composable financial base layer.
Challenges I ran into
Architecting secure mint-burn logic tied to wrapped tokens per chain.
Designing a cross-chain system that avoids double-minting or oracle manipulation — mitigated using Chainlink CCIP and price feeds.
Ensuring that users mint wrapped tokens only on native chains, and burn only on origin chains, while allowing DSC to flow between them.
Handling on-chain liquidation and fallback logic with hybrid collateral (e.g., USDT/DAI) for worst-case scenarios.
Building the AI wallet assistant that could securely interact with backend APIs while preserving UX and not compromising wallet keys.
Each module was carefully constructed with modularity, security (reentrancy guards, onlyOwner patterns), and composability in mind.
