BleepFreak streamlines the process of muting sensitive audio and blurring elements in videos, enabling users to maintain confidentiality in personal vlogs, instructional videos, or corporate presentations. StreamSafe revolutionizes live streaming by providing real-time blurring and bleeping of information, allowing users to confidently engage with their audience without worrying about unintentional data exposure. Challenges we ran into

The challenge we ran into when running the project was iterating through each frame in the video. We were able to eventually solve this by iterating each frame of a video through moviepy instead of opencv-python. Another issue we had was with audio processing. While we were able to convert the audio into text and bleep out certain parts that were sensitive, we were struggling on how we could bleep the final audio with that solution. Luckily, we found code in some git repositories and google cloud libraries that allowed us to complete the task. Another issue we dealt with was live streaming where processing live audio became difficult. We could not get entire words to be comprehended by the speech to text API. As a result, we added a lag to the stream where we would record 5 seconds worth of audio at any given time and censor any PIIs from the audio.
