The problem DORMCONTROL solves

We have noticed a problem that there was very difficulty in interaction of lower authority to higher authority So we have build a system which act as a request management between both the authority and the higher authority can monitor the lower authority and every complaint can be seen by the mediators as well as higher authority this software we have used as trail for our hostel and further we will take it to high platform.

Challenges we ran into

We faced challenges in User Authentication, managing permission between multiple users such as students and higher authorities (admin), database management system but we figured them out with our day long rigorous research.
