Vaccine Wastage

Our plan to stop the wastage:

a) The ‘mobi vehicle’ will be carrying only the required capacity of doses + extra 10-20% for emergency services.
b) It will be tracing the shortest route for more efficient use of opened doses as every dose has a life span of 4hrs after getting opened.
c) This aims to get full family vaccinated at once through single registration.
d) The recipient will be getting real-time position/arrival time of the van/cab so that there is no time wastage on the end of the recipient as well as the vaccinator.
e) Each ‘Mobi vehicle’ will be allotted a specific zone of operation according to the pincode.

Addressing Adverse Events following Immunization (AEFI)
a) The recipient will have an option to send real-time notification to the vaccinator within 30 minutes of the vaccination process if any complications occur.

Security of Vaccinator

In view of recent lynching of doctors while perfoming such critical operations we have provided probable solutions:

a) The Vaccinator Staff will be provided to the security from the nearest police station.
b) Their live location will be sent to the nearest police station every 30 minutes.

Unreachability of Vaccination Drive

Only one strata of society was able to properly involve into this drive. Also the specially abled and elderly have been facing
problems regarding getting vaccinated

a) Special care will be taken to provide vaccine to elderly and specially abled.
b) People not having access to internet will be given helpline number to contact customer care to book slots for them on their behalf.
c) Help of Councilor and Gram Pradhan will be taken for the spread of this drive for it to reach the masses.
d) A live chat room for solving on spot queries and doubts.

Verification of user by sending OTP on their mobile numbers or email
Calculating the shortest route
Introducing real-time chat support system for queries and doubts
Tracking live location of van and showing it to the recipient
Storage of data regarding the vaccine administered to the user
