We shall create a centralised web-page which should solely be used for the purpose of all the documents submission related activities .
The centralised system will make the task of submission and verification of documents faster , easier and hassle free and thus quality of work is improved.
If any document is wrong , the verification officer can directly send you a message and you shall receive a notification regarding the same, also one need not submit all the documents again as in case of GOOGLE FORMS , we only to submit that document which was actually found wrong .
This will make documents easy to submit and verify and thus complications from both student and verification staff end is reduced.
There was a lack of time. So we had to check the progress frequently and update accordingly..
