The problem DocCare solves

DocCare is a web platform that digitize several procedures and provide solutions to them.

• Patients do not have to wait in long queues to get appointments.
• Less hospital staff required to manage appointments.
• Saves paper as the appointments are stored digitally.

Challenges we ran into

We were on our semester break due to that our team members were remotely separated. We were not able get together and meet physically due to that brainstorming, finding solutions, coding were little less effecient. To overcome this problem we used to have continous Google meets and code together.
Hosting our web application was a problem after coding up the solution. We were familiar with hosting our backend with Heroku, but recently Heroku closed off its free tier due to that we had to resort to new hosting solutions. We completed our backend hosting using Render platform.
