Leading towards a Paperless Revolution

The problem DigiOffice solves

We are working towards making the offices decentralised and paper-less.
Many offices have to keep those bulky hardcopies in their offices and also they require papers
for storing information which creates an impact on the environment also.
We are trying to reduce the work of papers for the offices and making them decentralised so
that there is no central authority to run them and they can work independently.
We are working on designing a decentralised paperless office which can be used by
many offices who have to keep a lot of hard copies in their office.
● The user will upload all the required documents for making a document on the online
portal of a particular office , which will be seen by the office person and his e-document
will be made.
● In our platform Digishare the office person will upload the document on the platform and
as soon as he uploads the document, he will soon get a link of the document which will
be shared to the authority whose signature will be required. Digital Signatures will be
used.
● As soon as the digital signature is done, the link now will be shared to the user to whom
the document belongs via the registered mobile number and email id.
● From the users perspective also the platform is beneficial as the documents that are
being uploaded on the platform will be verified by the authority and people don’t have to
carry the files of the documents, just the link that will be shared to them via the platform
would be enough for the verification.
● From the security purposes also the platform is beneficial as we can trace all the
changes , since the document is stored on the blockchain, and also it is not easy to
tamper a document that is present on a blockchain. Hence, the documents will be safe
and can be traced for there changes.(if made any)
● So, this not only reduces the workload of the offices to keep all the hardcopies but also
saves user verification time and hassle of carrying documents.
