Our Problem statement is 6 and it is shared by antler. In-scope for the DPIConnect solution includes the development of an AI-powered personal assistant, "DPI Sakhi," which provides multilingual and voice-based interactions to assist users with various Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) tasks. The solution encompasses a gamified learning experience to engage users through interactive quests, progress tracking, and leaderboards. Additionally, the unified DPI dashboard will integrate services such as Aadhaar, UPI, and DigiLocker, ensuring seamless access and one-click functionality for users. The implementation of predictive service recommendations will analyze user behavior to suggest relevant services and timely reminders, while augmented reality onboarding will offer immersive guidance for new users. Lastly, the blockchain-enabled trust system will enhance transparency and security in DPI transactions.
Out of scope for the solution are features that extend beyond the current technological and infrastructural capabilities of DPI components, such as direct integration with non-governmental services or extensive customization for individual user preferences. Additionally, the development of hardware or physical infrastructures, such as biometric devices for user verification, will not be included.
Future opportunities for this solution include expanding the AI assistant's capabilities to incorporate more advanced machine learning algorithms for deeper personalization and predictive analytics. There is also potential to integrate additional government services and initiatives into the platform, enhancing its utility. Furthermore, as technology evolves, incorporating more immersive AR experiences and extending blockchain applications to cross-border identification systems could significantly increase the system's value and user trust.
Challenge that I had faced was to make a Ai chatbot with both the functionality of text as well as voice inputs and output from both the user and the bot end. Other challenges were the few errors that occured and which I solved.
