The problem DiGi-Complaint solves

It solves the problem of the enormous communication gap between the public and Municipal Authorities. One big issue in ourr Indian society “Catering to public requests and handling them efficiently” at authoritative level such as Municipal Corporations/Councils.
We have come up with a solution! “A Digital forum where citizens can easily channel issues they want addressed by higher authorities and the authories can listen to the combined voices of millions using the power of Natural Language Processing”.
