The problem DiamEstate solves

DiamEstate transforms the real estate investment landscape by enabling fractional ownership through blockchain technology. Property owners can easily list their properties on a user-friendly interface, which verifies ownership and create and issue property tokens (assets) representing fractional shares. Investors can securely purchase these tokens, with all transactions transparently recorded on the blockchain. Integrated payment API handle transactions and distributions seamlessly. It makes real estate investment accessible, secure, and efficient for a broader audience.

Challenges we ran into

Creating DiamEstate came with several challenges. We had to integrate diamante blockchain with traditional real estate, which involved overcoming various hurdles. We had also faced several difficulties while connecting our app with diamante blockchain using their node SDK and APIs. Ensuring secure and transparent transactions was complex, and there were few design challenges while building user-friendly interfaces. We did thorough documentation reading, internet research, used AI tools to figure out and resolve these issues.
