The problem DeTask solves

Detask aims to solve the problem of IT project failures by focusing on efficiency. A significant percentage of IT projects (83%) fail to meet their objectives in terms of time, budget, and promised functionalities. Additionally, executives (56%) often feel that they lack the right incentives to retain employees. Post-COVID, there has been an increase in employees taking on multiple jobs to earn extra income and find value fulfillment.

Challenges I ran into

One of the most challenging aspects we encountered while building DeTask was implementing the anticipation process and handling the balance distribution to three different destinations. This required careful consideration of the financial transactions and ensuring accurate transfers to each recipient.

However, the most difficult part of this process was implementing and conducting a thorough audit. We recognized the importance of ensuring transparency, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements. To achieve this, we dedicated extensive time and resources to study and understand auditing protocols and best practices. It took us four months of diligent research, analysis, and implementation to ensure the audit process was conducted accurately and effectively.

Throughout this period, we collaborated with auditing experts, sought guidance from industry professionals, and continuously reviewed and refined our implementation. By investing significant time and effort into studying and executing the audit process, we were able to ensure the integrity and reliability of DeTask's financial operations, providing confidence to our users and stakeholders.
