Why there's a need to decentralize the real estate investment system
There are several reasons why decentralizing the real estate investment system can be beneficial:
Low Cost of Investment: Normally real estate investment requires a lot of money to buy the entire plot. So our project allows users to invest in a smaller share of the plot. And the user will be able to get returns on that plot like the rent based on the share they hold.
Reducing intermediaries: Traditional real estate investment systems often involve intermediaries, such as brokers and agents, who charge high fees for their services. Decentralizing the system can help eliminate these intermediaries, reducing costs for investors and increasing access to investment opportunities.
Transparency: Decentralized systems can provide greater transparency in real estate investment transactions, allowing investors to see exactly how their money is being used and ensuring that all parties are held accountable.
Global Access: Decentralized systems can provide investors with greater access to global investment opportunities, which may not be available through traditional channels.
Efficiency: Decentralized systems can offer greater efficiency in real estate investment transactions by reducing the need for manual processes and paperwork.
Security: Decentralized systems can be more secure than traditional systems, as they use blockchain technology to store data in a tamper-proof and transparent manner.

It was difficult to integrate superfluid with our existing use case. We wanted to create an instant distribution agreement to distribute the rent to all the owners on the basis of their holdings. We went through the docs and video tutorials and also discussed the same on the discord channel. Finally, we were able to integrate IDA with our platform.
We also faced some issues while integrating Arcana Auth with our smart contract. We overcame it by going through the docs and using the GitHub examples for Arcana.
