Now a days controlling the traffic becomes major issue because of rapid increase in auto mobiles and due to that highly concentrated gases releasing from the vehicle are collected at one point for a instance of time and also because of large delays between traffic lights.
So in order to rectify this problem we will go for Density based traffic light system.
Challenges we ran into
We faced a lot of challenges and hurdles while building our project. There were a lot of times when we got stuck in the middle of our arduino coding , there was a pahse in which we needed to make two IR sensors work simultaneously and our program had some difficulties which we further cleared in 1-2 hours.Then our arduino uno's power supply failed and we replaced it with the arduino nano board and even we were short of the led lights , so we used the light in the arduino boards and made our project run successfully.
