The problem DeliverEase solves

The project aims to develop a web platform or mobile app facilitating crowdsourced delivery services, bridging the gap between individuals or businesses requiring parcel delivery and local couriers or drivers. The platform will prioritize user convenience by enabling real-time order tracking, optimized route planning, secure payment processing, and implementing rating/review systems for both senders and couriers.
