Decentralized hiring & talent assessment platform

The problem Dehitas solves

Hiring is one of the most complex issues to tackle in a company’s growth cycle. It’s unpredictable, it’s expensive, and it’s crucial to get it right.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆…

✘ Do not have enough resources – HR executives, tools, time – for hiring

✘ Use outdated screening tests even for a fast-paced industry

✘ Make decisions that are not data-driven, resulting in wrong hiring and high attrition

𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀, 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀…

✘ No easy way to get noticed

✘ No revert from companies – thus no feedback on resume, skillset, or culture compatibility

✘ Difficulty in entering a new industry without relevant formal education or work experience

Challenges I ran into

The Scope of the project is huge and It needs a lot of logical flow for a smooth process. The designig Part was a bit challenging as we wanted to create a smooth process for the project. As of web2 there are many tools and technolgies that we could have used for this idea. but In web3, We wanted to make it fully Decentralized and for that we have to use the tools and technoligies of web3. We had to go through different protocols and technologies and understand how and where we can implement It to make the project fully Decentralized for instance we used tableland instead of any other web2 database system. We focused on providing Royalites to the creator for an Assessment so we used superFuild and have to dig down everyting about superFuild which helped us to gain and understand more about It. we ran in to many hurdles while implementing them, but at last we were able to figure out each and every thing.
