The problem Deelance solves
This platform takes the internship platforms like escrow and unstop on web3. This ensures that the terms of the Internship are totally immutable and that the deadlines are fixed. It ensures that neither the company nor the intern can change the terms of the internship that are once fixed. Moreover, it snatches away the company's power to check and tell if the work submitted is correct or not. Our solution decentralises the checking and verification of the work submitted via an On-Chain voting with terms such that the voters would be morally tempted to be as honest as they can be with the vote, which prevents sybil attacks.
Challenges we ran into
We faced troubles in the web2 development and the web3 integration in our front-end. Moreover, integrating the MongoDB database with everything that was going on our website was another big challenge. Creating multiple pages for different kinds of traffic flow and keeping track of wallet addresses and funds was a tough challenge. We also faced verification issues in the voting and to prevent the sybil attacks from happening. We wanted to introduce ZK-proofing in the on-chain voting to ensure complete trust and transparency in the system, but we couldn't do it in the deadline. Moreover, we ran into a last time issue related to Github repositories.
