One of the major challenges I ran into is how to get to partner with government agencies to get some key parameters such as registered Land Title numbers within the State during development of Delar which was A deadlock. So We had to take another route of Allowing the user/land owner to select his title number and be able to be the one to make or put up that registered land for sale without Government Interferance. Delar smart contract stands as an Escrow instead of Direct contact with the Government Agency.
