An Decentralized Organization Dapp used to propose a proposal to buy a particular NFT, and hold a fair election to
execute a command to buy or discard a proposal regarding a NFT. The members of DAO are only allowded to propose a
proposal and vote for the proposal, the assets of DAO contract are used to buy the same NFT. The profits after selling the
NFT will be distributed equally among DAO members, to sell a NFT again a proposal is created.
