The problem D-Alert solves

Basically this system can be used by people during flood crisis. During flood communicating with the people in danger who live in remote area is very challenging since we have to depend on proper network. Here we propose a system were we need very less amount of network to communicate. When there is flood crisis in particular area the people who use our app can easily ask for rescue from the rescue squad that is our application sends the location of the people in danger to the rescue team, here we as an organisation assign a rescue team for a set of people to be rescued. This app will give the exact direction that a rescue team has to go to save people. This feature makes the response phase lot easier.

Challenges we ran into

adjustment of UI for different android components, integration of google maps api in app and web,bluetooth chatting,Using cloud functions from firebase.
