The problem our project, CypherGate addresses are as follow:
Payment fraud: CypherGate's multi-layered security approach, including two-factor authentication, CAPTCHA, and suspicious activity monitoring, significantly reduces the risk of fraudulent transactions, protecting businesses from financial losses and reputational damage.
Chargebacks: By ensuring secure and legitimate transactions, CypherGate helps minimize chargebacks, which can incur significant fees and impact business profitability.
Compliance complexity: Complying with PCI DSS standards can be complex and resource-intensive. CypherGate, by utilizing a compliant payment gateway, simplifies compliance for businesses.
Data breaches: SSL encryption safeguards sensitive user data transmitted during transactions, mitigating the risk of data breaches and associated costs and reputational harm.
Security concerns: CypherGate's robust security features provide users with peace of mind, knowing their financial information is protected during online transactions.
Identity theft: Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of protection against unauthorized access to user accounts, reducing the risk of identity theft.

The challenges we ran into while building this project are:
Difficulty in finding the correct and reliable dataset to train the model, which we intend to integrate in our project so as to improve it's efficiency and working.
Difficulty in meeting the standards of PCI DSS to process credit card transaction securely.
And we have integrated so many features that in starting it was a very difficult task to build it so as to make it be easily usable by the general public. The user-interface designing was one of the hardest part along with integrating several models.
We took help from experts in the field, and then did brain-storming, we then finally were able to build a user-friendly interface.
