CICIDS (Canadian Institue of Cybersecurity) is a dataset for Intrusion detection and the project uses the dataset to develop a Machine learning Model to prevent cyber security threats.

Challenges I ran into

The size of the dataset was a huge problem and the capacity of my laptop to handle such a large dataset was not enough.
To mitigate such problem I used Google Colab that allowed me to run and develop the project on the colab platform.
