Companies can use this project to determine whether the customer might churn or not, It would be a great help for companies in determining their customer retention strategies
Challenges I ran into
The dataset we have, was imbalanced affecting the accuracy of the model, so we have to use various techniques to make the dataset balanced and then use it for the predictive modelling
