The problem CrowdStart solves

• Due to the fradualation of funds collected from crowdfunding by any organization with the Help of DAO we built an innovative platform for startups to get crowdfunded the money required for their purpose with full decentralized systems.

• To give a platform for startups to get funding in a unique way of crypto network.

Whenever crowd funding goes for startups it can be misutilized so this is a centralized platform where the withdrawal request from startup from the campaign fund collected depends on the approvals of the half the no of contributors. say we have min contribution of 100 wei and we have 100 contributors and we have total 2 eth campaign balance collected from them so if the startup wants to withdraw 1 eth form it then he must specify proper valid reasons and proofs what this money is to be used before and after transaction so that every contributor will get a mail that this startup you contributed to wants to withdraw money so there if we get half of 100 that’s 50 approvals then the transaction approval is given else its denied. In long term when the startup grows the contributors will receive special tokens and returns with gifts from startups for helping them grow big.
It is a Block chain based DAO(Decentralized Autonomous Organization) website where new startups can list their ideas to gather funding. Here all the transactions and assets are controlled by a smart contract which gives the control of assets to the donators instead of creator. So even if after donating some amount to a startup, a donator will have some say in when and where the creator of the startup can use the money. It will be decided by the majority votes of all donators combined and solely controlled by an Ethereum smart-contract.
