The problem Crop Insurance Claim Chatbot solves
In today's scenario, whenever there is any crop loss to farmer due to natural calamity, he contacts "Village Patwari". Then the procedure moves forward and after months they get their money from the Government. This is a long and hectic procedure for our Farmers.
I have built an "Insurance Claim Chatbot" for our farmers to directly claim to the government for their crop insurance. They just need to fill minimal details and amounts for claiming. Their application directly goes to associated authority to remove the intermediate hassle. It includes features such as "Raise the Claim" to raise claims, "Check the status" for farmers to know predicted status of their application using Time Series Analysis(machine Learning) and "Fraud Detection" for Government officials to know if an applicant is fraud using Machine Learning Algorithms.
Challenges I ran into
I found problem in Fraud prediction while making predictions and forming appropriate model. I also ran into trouble while deploying it. But I learned a lot thought these problems.
