it can ease the onboarding processing for the new customers. they would not have to go through long blogs and can get easy solution to their queries using chatbot
while imlementing sentiment anaysis using logistic regression we came to know that it do not respond well on sarcastic commets of user. so then we changed the whole model and implemented the RNN model with word vector. it took lot of time to implement but we were finally happy with the results because it was showing aprrox 92.75 % accuracy on testing data set.
