Farcaster and Base creators juggle disconnected mini apps for analytics and scheduling, losing context and momentum. Crenel unifies both in one platform to immediately determine what's working and schedule content strategically. It transforms insights into action, helping creators grow faster with less friction.
Challenges I ran into
Farcaster Mini App Integration: Getting authentication and signer management working properly within Farcaster took multiple iterations due to unclear docs. Solved by diving deep into Neynar's SDK and testing different patterns.
Analytics Performance: Calculating metrics across sometimes thousands of posts was slow. Implemented better data bucketing and caching in Supabase to optimize load times.

Crenel is the only unified analytics and scheduling platform for Farcaster and Base, transforming creator insights into action.
The alpha validates this: 500+ users in 5 weeks, purely organic growth from fresh accounts (both company and personal). Users request new features weekly and return 3-5x per week, showing it's becoming part of their workflow. Unlike disconnected mini apps or generic social tools, Crenel provides a unified native experience.
Who is your target customer?
Active Farcaster and Base creators posting 3+ times per week who want data-driven growth. Validated through 500+ organic users in 5 weeks, direct feature requests, and usage patterns showing people returning 3-5x weekly. They're growth-focused and frustrated by fragmented tools.
Who are your closest competitors and how are you different?
Buffer and Hootsuite are the established players in social media management, but they ignored crypto even during the 2021-2022 bull run and still don't support Farcaster.
Crenel is the only unified analytics and scheduling platform built specifically for Farcaster and Base. Other Farcaster tools may have aspects of analytics or scheduling, but are always lacking even basic features, like drafts. Crenel is native to the ecosystem from day one, with Mini App support in both Farcaster and Base, not a generic tool trying to retrofit crypto features.
What is your distribution strategy and why?
Community-driven + product-led growth: Building in public on Farcaster drove all 500+ users organically. Power users share naturally because the unified workflow is sticky. Native Mini App integration enables discoverability within Farcaster and Base.
Farcaster rewards authentic builders over aggressive marketing. I'm focusing on product quality and letting the community amplify. Solving a real pain point is the best distribution.
