CoviHeal

"Connecting the society together" We present CoviHeal a two-way system between a donor and patient. The one-stop platform for all plasma-related donations integrating Transparency, Security & Privacy.

The problem CoviHeal solves

The healthcare sector is at the epicenter of this unprecedented global pandemic challenge, plasma therapy has come as a savior for the affected but finding plasma has become a challenge of its own, due to the lack of a unified platform that links the data of all the donors in a geographic area and helps to overpass the hustle of finding a donor with who has recovered at a certain point of time and holds a compatible blood group.

Also, there is a lack of transparency in the current system for a patient looking out for a donor and it leads to problems at the patient's end.

-Single platform for all plasma-related queries like no. of donors available.

-Detailed Information of donors for the general public at the.

-Allowing hospitals to create a database in a single space.

-Volunteering System for Social Workers to help the patients who have recovered from covid to onboard the platform.

-Easy for patients to verify donors because of various verification mechanisms.

-Makes it easier and faster for the patient to find a donor and check reliability.

-Adds Security and Privacy to the current processes.

Challenges we ran into

-Creation of a whole chat app and integrating it with Twilio
-Creation of an RCNN model to verify reports, the problems faced were lack of dataset and in the limited dataset, we had with every lab a new format of the report was to be seen.
-Implementing the 3 click architecture to make sure we have a convenient experience for the user and at the same time not lacking any functionality.
-Implementing Security features to ensure any personal data of any user to be not leaked until requested by the person.
