The software has the facility to collect and store hospital data efficiently. Each patient have a unique id which is used to access patients detail. It also stores staff and other details.
The problem Covid Management system solves
The data stored in an efficient manner helps us to access any patients' medical history as lot of papers need not to be searched for this, and when it comes to accounting details the same can be accessed with human clicks on the system. It would be easy for the staff too, they can add, delete and search information easily.
Challenges we ran into
-To maintain the productivity and quality of service, some things have to be done by the hospital on a digitalised platform. Thus, strengths and weaknesses could be maintained properly and a balance could be build.
-Storing mobile numbers using int data type was a problem but large int gave the solution.
-Creating and maintaning the data was a tedious job at first but adding automated system was solution.
-While working on the project we got stuck on what if the user want to know the number of vaccines used and what are the vaccines left. Understanding the project more and spending some time using internet access we were able to complete this task with success.
