An App for Worldwide Level information related to COVID-19.
The problem COVID APP solves
The COVID App can help people to get all the information related to the COVID-19. This App regularly updates the details of all the countries and provide accurate information. This App also has various options like donation through which we can directly donate to the WHO sites, the FAQs portion through which the user can know what precautions should be taken in order to be safe and all the information relating to COVID spread and care. It also lists down the most affected countries and provides link to WHO for clearing myths regarding the COVID spread. This app provides detailed information on all the countries of the world. It also comes in a dark theme.
Challenges we ran into
The challenges that we faced during the development process were API integration, Gradle builds, Android Studio hanging issues, and system slowness. All these challenges were overcome with patience and using internet sources like StackOverflow.
