Suppose we charged students to sign up, and then paid them back everytime they completed a module of the course?
This would motivate them to learn, and wouldn't cost them anything, if they completed the course.
But why not just provide the course for free?

Maybe we can offer a 100% scholarship for everyone who completes the course. And give 10% back for every module they complete in a 10 -module course. People love cashbacks, and this will keep them hooked.
