The problem Corona Virus Website solves

During the corona virus pandemic, huge traffic can be seen on the emergency numbers provided by the government. Due to this, many people are unable to contact the officials for the help. To overcome this problem, I have created a website where people who are unable to get food or any other essentials during the lockdown/curfew can fill the “Food Requirements Form”. Also, people who wish to volunteer for the work of NGOs can fill the “Volunteer’s Form”. They can help the NGOs by doing small local tasks such as distributing masks, food, etc. which is provided by the NGO. The data of these forms are stored in google spreadsheets. This data can be seen by clicking the “backend” button in the footer of the website. The data of the form can’t be edited due to privacy. The backend button is for the project purpose only and this button can be removed if the website is officially used by the government/NGOs.

Challenges we ran into

The main challenge was to have a live data input into the spreadsheet from the forms without using the Graphical User Interface of google forms. I have customised the interface of the forms as per my requirements. I was able to link my forms with google spreadsheets. Also, I have made the website as much user-friendly as possible.
