There’s so much valuable information on the Internet, so why can’t everyday users discover it? Search engines, platform feeds, and AI are either biased, unreliable, or lack a human touch—the current discovery system buries information from users.

Copus surfaces buried content. With a community-driven platform and community-curated "You may also like" section accessible on every web page, Copus turns every URL into a hub for sharing related content.

With Copus, discover opposing perspectives on breaking news, right next to each other; access a student’s notes on Notion about a YouTube video you're watching; or, create your own "Internet," build a community on your new discovery.

For this hackathon, we used Copus' features to create a "treasure map" for one of our favorite projects—Warpcast/Farcaster. We've built an autonomous information universe for Farcaster, and anyone can explore and contribute to it. For the next step, we’d like to gift this map to the Farcaster team by transferring the ultimate curation right of this map to them. The map is a collaborative space where anyone can contribute, and we wish to see it grow as the ecosystem expands!
