To briefly explain what problem we solve, We will look into a scenario where a higher political official's son is a murderer of Harassment case, and the political official bribes all layers of police department to regain his dignity. What justice has been given to the victim? And that's what the problem we explain here i.e., Corruption and Deletion of Criminal records.
Our app has a wide range of scale. To exactly say, User(Public) can complaint for their own purpose and can also file a complaint for societial development(Example., Irresponsibility of a Police men who doesn't even care to take their case, or a Traffic police who ask for bribe in a checkpost, or a neigbbour who can be a suspect of a murder, etc..)
Our app helps the user (i.e.,Public) to post any sort of complaint, which can be categorized into either "Personel" or "Societial"
Since smart contracts are immutable, there is no charge to Update, Delete or Manifest the existing block, which is the complaint.
There is also SOS Emergency feature in our app, which acts as an additional feature of our app.
And here comes the tokenization -- If a person i.e., If a UID, have posted more than 5 complaint in an year or so, and if any 5 of them pass the condition i.e., all 5 of them should be "Societial" and it must also be verified by the police, Then the user or that specific UID can claim 2 coins as rewards. These coins can be further used in shopping referrals coupons, Online food delivery coupons, and free shipment coupon and so on...
The thing is, We ensures transparency, like any user can look into our project and see the status of a complaint using unique CID(only if they have user level access) and users can also append evidence for further investigation of the case.
And another important thing is that, It can be anonymous too (We achieve this using Firebase).
