Coordina is a comprehensive urban management platform designed to transform India's cities.
The problem Coordina solves
We have developed a full-stack platform utilizing Next.js, MongoDB, blockchain, and AI to enhance collaboration among government departments and external agencies for efficient project management. The platform focuses on streamlining resource allocation, conflict resolution, fund disbursement, and project tracking with transparency and security through smart contracts, AI-driven tools, and milestone-based rewards.
Challenges I ran into
There are concerns over control and access to sensitive information that can limit data sharing among departments. And departments may be resist new technologies, especially blockchain transactions due to lack of crypto laws in India. Using role based access control ensures secure, controlled data sharing while maintaining ownership through encrypted access permissions. And using three bank accounts system, funds move automatically: department to us, then to agency after work validation. although, this raises trust concerns.
