The problem The Consigliere | Advisor of The Racfathers solves

***In a world flooded with noise, anonymous advice, and generic trading bots, most crypto users still lack someone they can actually trust. Not a newsletter, not a signal group an intelligent agent that listens, understands, and acts with them.

Our project solves this gap.***

By combining XMTP’s secure, encrypted messaging protocol with our Virtuals-based AI game framework, we built a financial advisory agent that’s private, intelligent, and persistent.

The agent doesn’t just chat. It thinks with you.

Using real-time Bitcoin prediction models and rugpull detection mechanisms powered by Echo and Pulse (our trained AI based dual-agent system), users receive not just alerts but explanations. Not just numbers but logic.

And because the entire conversation is secured via XMTP, your decisions remain your own not scraped, not profiled, not resold.

This is not a bot. This is a private, on-chain Consigliere.

To win or not to win… that’s the real question.

Back in October, we made our first move as outsiders in the BasedSea hackathon.
We came armed with a Merkle Tree NFT contract.
We challenged the field.

The competitors were strong.
We were new.
But we deserved to be picked. We weren’t.

Next came the European region.
Our second attempt.
This time, we had Echo and Pulse two AI agents no other team had, and frankly, no other team could build.
Real-time crypto analysis, rugpull detection, and a chain-based logic framework.

Still… we weren’t selected.
That, too, is a problem.

So we decided to enter this hackathon differently.
We didn’t need XMTP. But we used it.
Because we could.
Because that’s what Racfathers do:
We build what others don’t even dare to imagine just because we can.

We encrypted our chat system end-to-end.
We integrated our AI agents with XMTP.
Now, our users receive private, persistent, on-chain financial advice.
They don’t just message they make informed, irreversible decisions.
In silence. In security. In style.

And now we ask you this:

How long can you resist this power?

Because Racfathers isn’t just a project.
It’s a call.
A Legacy.

Challenges we ran into

One of the strangest issues we faced emerged only after things were working perfectly during production builds.

While XMTP connects successfully in both development and production environments, we hit a critical snag:
in production mode, messages simply won’t send.

No errors, no disconnects, just silence. The connection is alive, but the message functions fail silently.

This pushed us into deep debugging mode, including:

•	comparing dev vs prod builds line by line,
•	inspecting Webpack/minifier effects,
•	testing message encoding differences,
•	reviewing XMTP client initialization patterns.

We’re still exploring whether this is due to a serialization issue, internal dependency mismatch, or a Web Worker conflict in the minimized output. But we’re close and documenting every step for the next team that runs into this.

Let’s face it maybe it’s time we confronted the real problem.

In most hackathons today, originality is optional.
What often wins is a remix:
A bit of a swap tool here, a DeFi aggregator there, sprinkle in a little AI voilà.

We’ve seen it.
We’ve clapped for it.
But we chose a different path.

We don’t clone popular winners.
We don’t reverse-engineer success stories.
We write new ones and yes, sometimes, that means losing in the short term.

It’s not that our work isn’t functional. It is.
It’s not that our agents don’t work. They do.
But when innovation becomes a burden and imitation becomes a shortcut, we end up in a strange position:

We must excel in every category just to be noticed.

That’s the real challenge.
Not technical hurdles. Not missing features.
But being the only original in a room full of good-enough copies.

So what did we do?

We built it anyway.
We connected XMTP just because we could.
