The problem COMMUNICATO solves

Communicato is a machine-learning based application focused on helping people to spread their message using sign language .Through our project, we are trying to establish communication between specially abled people and normal people. Now using our service a person is able to understand what the other person is trying to say using sign language which our machine learning model converts into simple text. Expressing your words without any barrier is what we are trying to achieve.

Challenges we ran into

We were initially new to OpenCV so we have to watch Youtube Videos ,documentation and various other resources in order to get a clear idea. Training the model and getting the required accuracy was tough so we had to try multiple methods before actually compeleting it.We incorporated the facial recognition in the application which was a bit tricky as well.It is also true our project could have been improved a lot if we had more data.
