The problem Collabo-VID solves

With the spread of COVID-19 across the world, there is a sense of panic and uncertainty amongst the public. People are not sure what measures to take to safeguard themselves and their families and have many questions. Moreover, rumors, myths, and misinformation about COVID-19 have spread as quickly as the virus itself. There is a need for services to automate responses to these inquiries as much as possible to solve help them and help fight against corona.

So, here is what Collabo-Vid offers to solve the above problem:

• A smart chatbot built using Dialogflow that solves all users' queries and FAQs related to Covid-19.
• The chatbot also allows users to self-assess themselves by analyzing their symptoms.
• Users can also interact with the bot using the contact number provided to them.
• The website uses news APIs to fetch the latest COVID-19 related updates.
• It also shows graphical as well as numerical COVID-19 statistics.

Challenges we ran into

We faced several errors while using APIs and integrating the project with Dialogflow. Searching free API keys was also one of the challenges. But after the discussions and cooperation within the team,we were finally able to rectify them.
