The problem CO2 prints: One step towards sustainability solves

In a world where environmental awareness is increasingly crucial, there exists a pressing need to empower individuals with the knowledge and tools to understand and mitigate their carbon footprint. Despite the growing urgency surrounding sustainability, many individuals lack accessible and engaging resources to quantify their carbon emissions and take meaningful steps toward reducing them.
Our challenge is to develop a user-friendly and interactive carbon footprint calculator website that not only educates users about the concept of carbon footprint and its calculation but also provides personalized recommendations for sustainable living practices.
We aim to create a seamless user experience by including features such as a chatbot for guidance, a personalized dashboard to track emissions over time, and a fun quiz-style calculator to engage users in the process.

Challenges we ran into

We encountered challenges during the development of the implementation for calculating individuals' carbon footprints.The biggest issue was creating a machine learning model that could predict results accurately.We're actively refining the model to enhance its precision. Additionally, we encountered difficulties integrating the frontend and backend systems but successfully resolved them. We're continuing to address minor improvements needed on the website. These are the challenges we've encountered along the way.
