The problem ClubHub solves
We've created a simple, centralized web application to manage all club activities in one place.
Our Approach:
For Students: It's a one-stop-shop to discover clubs, join them and see notifications of all upcoming events.
For Coordinators: It's an easy-to-use dashboard to manage members, post announcements and create events without the hassle.
Our Innovation for NEXHACK: We will build a Super-Admin Module. This gives the college administration a master control panel to oversee all clubs and most importantly to organize large-scale events where all clubs can work together

Getting Everyone to Use It: How do we convince all students and staff to switch to ClubHub?
Keeping Data Safe: We need to protect student and college information.
Handling High Traffic: What if 1000 students try to register for an event at the same time?
Our Solutions:
For Adoption: We'll work with the college to make it the official platform. A simple and clean design will make it easy for everyone to use.
For Security: We will use standard security practices like password hashing to keep all data safe.
For Traffic: Our technology is built to handle many users at once and we will test it to make sure it's ready.
