The problem Citizens' Voice solves

Common people can file complaints along with photos on real-time issues seen in everyday life like Potholes, Sewage waste, Pest control, Drainage system and others. The Government officials can login as authority and common people login as citizens. Notifications will be sent to the officials every time an issue is filed. Only the officials can resolve the problems. The status of the problem is seen on the homepage. Issues can also be submitted via a CHATBOT.
